All site construction work for a new Single-Family Residential and Townhome community along Man O’ War Blvd, just past Hamburg Shopping Center.  Grading, drilling & blasting, sanitary and storm sewer, and collector road construction.  Includes work both within a sensitive floodplain and work along a heavily-congested traffic areas.
